This week was full of a lot of hard goodbyes in the Balcones and San Antonio 9th ward :( I had my last day at Threads of Love, which they gave Sister Cutler and I this beautiful pin for our service there!! Then I also had to say goodbye to our amazing friend Jeanie, and the Garcia family and some others as well! The hardest goodbye was definitely to my amazing trainer, who I know I have already talked a lot about so I won't say much this week haha.
Thursday was a long day because we woke up earlier than normal, waited at the church for a while for the transfer van to come and then I had to say goodbye (see ya later) to one of the best friends I will ever have!! Sister Schellenberg definitely blessed my life more than I will ever be able to pay her back for! Then I went to get on the transfer van to head up to Austin, and found out my name wasn't even on it! So that was fun haha but no worries, I made it to Austin! That night we had an amazing visit with a 9 year old boy and set a baptismal date for him!! It will be July 27th, right after next transfer so hopefully I am still here for that one as well!
The past weekend has been full of meeting a lot of people in the areas! We also had stake conference in which Elder Clark of the 70 was there! Saturday we did this thing called "service saturday" and cut down someones tree! The power of prayer is real because nobody got hurt and nothing went wrong! Then last night we did some service with people we are teaching and did "heart attack" for another lady we are going to visit, so that was fun!
Again I am so sorry this email is probably the worst one I have sent out ever! Next week will be better I promise! I am doing alright, still trying to transition from my last area to this one but I am doing the best I can! I love you all!
